I am so excited about leavin’ on a jet plane and heading to California to party with friends, both old and new, during the Disneyland half marathon weekend!!
I’ve been tapering, so this week’s workouts were pretty light…maybe even too light…. :
Monday – rest
Tuesday – stretch and foam roll
Wednesday – took Guinness for a 1 mile walk
Thursday – rest
Friday – walked 1.36 with the family
Saturday – rest (watched the hubby play in a paintball tournament
Sunday – stretched and foam rolled
I’ll probably get in more stretching, foam rolling, and possibly a short run or walk in this week along with packing and triple checking that I have everything I need. I leave Thursday after work to head to the airport!
