During the last block in the weight room during Sunday's class, I pulled a muscle in my back doing the sit ups to cross punches. I tried to do what I could for the rest of the class but when you hurt your lower back it's nearly impossible to do very much. I did what I could and still managed to get my 12 minutes in the orange. All the time in the blue was when I couldn't work out anymore. I'm resting my back and hoping to be back in the gym Thursday, but we will see!
